Wayne County Jail Outreach Ministry exists to serve individuals affected by crime, offenders, and their families. Further, WCJOM provides returning citizens with education, job assistance, and medical & dental care. We serve individual’s spiritual needs and promote emotional wellbeing and human dignity.
